PM Realty Group decided to upgrade downtown Honolulu’s well known Ali’i Place with an energy-efficient lighting retrofit.

Ali’i Place is a 25-story, Class A office building in downtown Honolulu, Hawaii. Energy Industries performed the lighting retrofit of more than 1,000 fixtures. Both T12 and T8 lamps were replaced with low-wattage T8 lamps. The retrofit resulted in 165,000 annual kWh savings, $30,000 annual electricity bill savings, and an $11,000 rebate from Hawaiian Electric Company.
