1998 - Pacific Energy Services is founded to focus on HVAC and engineering services.
2000 - eCONTROLS is founded to focus on Energy Automation system design, installation and service.
2000 - Energy$mart is founded to focus on utility demand side management rebate programs.
2002 - Energy Conservation Hawaii (ECH) is recognized as SBA Service Firm of the Year.
2003 - Lighting and Electrical Company (LEC) is founded to focus on becoming a national lighting retrofit and maintenance company.
2003 - Energy Laboratories is founded to focus on the research and development of new energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies.
2005 - Quantum Energy and Quantum Lighting are acquired by EI to focus on expansion in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California.
2007 - Energy Industries Corporation is established and our operating units are reformatted for efficiency. They become nLight (including Energy Conservation Hawaii, LEC, Quantum Lighting), nPower (including Pacific Energy Services, eCONTROLS, Energy$mart, Quantum Energy) and nSolar.
