RYAN KOHATSU EARNS COMMISSIONING PROCESS MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL (CPMP) CERTIFICATION

Ryan Kohatsu, an Energy Efficiency Engineer, was recently certified as an American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Commissioning Process Management Professional.

The certification demonstrates expertise in commissioning process management. Utilized in new and existing buildings, the commissioning process assures that all systems of a facility are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the requirements of the owner or client.

JACKSON FAMILY WINES SAVES $3.4 MILLION WITH ENERGY INDUSTRIES

Since 2008, Energy Industries has partnered with Jackson Family Wines (JFW) to improve the energy efficiency of JFW’s facilities. By retrofitting the lighting, recommissioning refrigeration and compressed-air systems, implementing efficient fan motors with variable frequency drives (VFDs), and installing zero loss drains, Energy Industries is helping JFW save nearly $3 million a year.
